I have found that Ancestry sometimes formats the DNA Matches and DNA Compare Matches files a little differently in other countries. This means that my app has to evolve over time to handle the different formats.
If your Save as.. file doesn't produce an output page, I would need to get a copy of your file to examine it to see how it is different and make adjustments to my app.
